Anti-corruption authorities in the Philippines are preparing to arrest three powerful senators after they were indicted Friday by an anti-graft court.
The SEC said Tuesday it awarded two whistleblowers more than $875,000 for their tips that helped the agency bring an enforcement action.
The two individuals will split the money evenly.

Qualcomm Inc, the world’s biggest mobile chipmaker, could face a FCPA enforcement action over alleged bribery to officials in China’s state-owned firms, the company disclosed in an SEC filing Wednesday.
