DOJ declination for Merck

Big-pharma Merck said an SEC filing Thursday that the DOJ has closed its FCPA investigation of the company.

Stryker pays $13.2 million in SEC settlement

The SEC said Thursday that medical device and equipment maker Stryker Corporation will pay $13.2 million to resolve FCPA violations.

SEC releases final settlement order with Philips

The Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday released its final administrative order against Dutch electronics firm Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. reflecting an out-of-court settlement of FCPA-related allegations.
