Jack Stanley paid his former employer Kellogg, Brown & Root LLC $9.25 million last week as partial restitution for kickbacks he took when he ran the company.
The Asian Development Bank debarred 34 individuals last year, and 31 firms. Debarment means they’re ineligible to participate in ADB-financed, administered, or supported activities.
The ADB also cross debarred 37 firms and 12 individuals under mutual debarment agreements with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Inter-American Development Bank, and the World Bank.… Continue Reading
The only individuals prosecuted in the $1.6 billion TSKJ Nigeria enforcement action are scheduled to be sentenced this week in federal court in Houston.

Houston-based Halliburton said in an SEC filing this week that it received a subpoena from the SEC in connection with an ongoing investigation of possible kickbacks and bribes in Angola.
