DOJ declination for Newmont Mining

Newmont Mining Corporation said in an SEC filing Tuesday that the DOJ is closing its FCPA investigation of the company.

SFO confirms Rio Tinto graft probe

The UK Serious Fraud Office released a statement Monday confirming that it has opened a corruption investigation into mining giant Rio Tinto.
