Wendt and Sultan: How ‘oral downloads’ created a work-product protection waiver

As discussed in our prior post, the SEC charged Mathias Francisco Sandoval Herrera and Maria D. Cidre, two former executives from General Cable, with accounting fraud in January 2017.
