We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Business Integrity Initiative Challenge Fund in a partnership between the UK Department for International Development (DFID) Business Integrity Initiative and IMC Worldwide.
This £250,000 fund will support business-focused Collective Action Initiatives (CAIs) which aim to reduce corruption or promote human rights to improve the investment climate in emerging markets and developing countries.
In particular the fund will support CAIs that aim to ensure that:
- More businesses have the capacity to act with integrity
- More businesses engage with governments on integrity issues
- More businesses view acting with integrity as a commercial advantage
The call for proposals launched on Monday September 30, 2019 and will be open until Friday October 18, 2019.
The fund will support up to four projects ranging from £50,000 to £100,000 with a project duration from six to 12 months. Funded projects are expected to commence by December 2019.
