During the webinar, S&R senior partner Bill Steinman will cover:

• A review of major FCPA developments in 2018 and their practical impact on day-to-day FCPA compliance

• What to expect in 2019

Rather than reviewing each individual enforcement action, S&R’s webinar will focus on the developments that should change the way companies approach compliance, with special emphasis on dealing with third parties.
