Corporate investigations list includes 28 companies from the oil and gas industry

Companies from the oil and gas industry have disclosed 28 open and ongoing FCPA-related investigations.

Seven of those companies are oil and gas exploration and production firms, and 21 are oil and gas services companies, according to FCPA Tracker.

Thirteen of the companies have mentioned Brazil in their disclosures.

Seven have mentioned Unaoil.

Six of the companies first disclosed FCPA-related investigations in 2017.

In 2016, 14 companies made their first disclosures, seven in 2015, and one in 2014.

Companies from more than 40 other industries have disclosed open and ongoing FCPA-related investigations.
