The International Anti-Corruption Academy’s Masters in Anti-Corruption Studies (MACS) application deadline has been extended to June 30.
This is the flagship IACA Master’s program which has been flourishing now for many years. IACA has also just begun a Master in International Anti-Corruption Compliance and Collective Action which is accepting applications through July 31.
The Masters in Anti-Corruption Studies brings together professionals from around the world with related work experience in the public and private sectors, international and non-governmental organizations, media, and academia.
It’s a two-year, modular program combining distance learning with in-class sessions, assignments and a final thesis. The program is designed for working professionals continuing their careers while advancing their expertise and earning a degree.
As one of the many professors who teaches in the MACS program, I can tell you it is an educational environment unlike any I have ever experienced: 25-30 students, with several years of practical anti-corruption work experience in both the public and private sectors, fluency in English, and a keen desire to learn. This exchange of ideas among professionals of vastly diverse cultural and professional backgrounds is absolutely fascinating. And I’ve seen my students go on to do extraordinary work in the anti-corruption field.
The next batch of MACS students will begin their coursework in November 2017 and graduate in December 2019.
I’d love to see you there.
