Pharmas disclose FCPA-related investigations involving seven countries

Six pharmas have disclosed open FCPA-related investigations.

Countries involved in the investigations include Brazil, China, Colombia, Japan, Russia, Turkey, and Greece.

All of the pharmas named the SEC as an investigating agency, and five also named the DOJ.

Three of the companies first disclosed the investigations in 2016, two in 2015, and one in 2013.

Two of the companies are based in the United States, and one each in China, France, Canada, and Switzerland.

This post was researched using FCPA Tracker.

FCPA Tracker includes Screener, which instantly filters and sorts investigations by company, latest disclosure date, original disclosure date, industry, country, and investigation status.
