DOJ named in 80 open FCPA-related investigations

The U.S. Department of Justice has been named as an investigating agency in 80 active FCPA-related investigations.

The SEC has been named in 82 investigations.

The UK Serious Fraud Office has been named in 15 investigations.

Globally, 33 government agencies have been named in ongoing FCPA-related investigations, according to FCPA Tracker.

In Brazil, seven separate enforcement and regulatory agencies have been named.

Not all companies name agencies involved in FCPA-related investigations. Some companies name several agencies.

FCPA Tracker shows all companies that have disclosed FCPA-related investigations and also includes agency releases about bribery-related investigations.
