August 7 will mark a decade since our first post in this space. And 3,653 days later (counting the leap days), we’re still having a ball.
In a post from 2008, we said “the greatest perk that comes from tending this garden is hearing from so many talented experts in the field of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.”
That’s still true.
More than 400 of those experts have contributed thousands of posts to the FCPA Blog. Each one of those posts has enriched our community.
Thank you to our authors, and to our sponsors, editors, tech and admin teams, and of course our readers.

Dick, allow me to raise a virtual glass to you and the outstanding resource you created. Virtually every expert I know in the field reads the blog on a daily basis, myself included. It has been a pleasure to be a contributing editor. You are indeed a jolly good fellow, and so say all of us!
Congrats on the achievement! Your blog is highly appreciated.
