Joe Spinelli: Boards, C-Suites now want daily compliance reports

What’s the biggest change in the compliance landscape? It’s the deep engagement of boards and senior management.

Today they understand the risks of reputational damage and want to stay a step ahead of the compliance process.

That’s what Joe Spinelli is now seeing.

He is a Senior Managing Director at Kroll, based in New York City.

Joe served as the first Inspector General for New York State and before that as a Special Agent of the FBI.

During more than 30 years in private and public service, he’s been on the front lines of FCPA enforcement and compliance, monitorships, and numerous white-collar investigations.

They talked about the latest trends in anti-bribery compliance.
