Just whose expectations will ISO 37001 certification meet?

The launch date of the new ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System standard is close, with release expected in October.

Then let the certifications begin.

Why certify?

In a recent post for the FCPA Blog, Kristy Grant-Hart said ISO 37001 is “a truly international standard that matches the expectations of U.S., UK, German, Canadian and other prosecutorial authorities throughout the world.”

That’s strong language and a big promise.

I asked Kristy to explain more about certification under ISO 37001, among other topics.
