A member of the FCPA Blog community created a database of FCPA enforcement actions from 2008 to the present.
The FCPA Enforcement Action Database is here.
We’ve also included a link to it under the Archive tab in the top menu, in Our Lists.
It’ll be updated whenever there’s a new FCPA enforcement action.
The database depicts every DOJ and SEC FCPA enforcement action starting from January 1, 2008.
It graphs the actions in several different ways (by year, by industry, by country, etc), summarizes each one, and links back to the relevant entry on the FCPA Blog.
It’s all searchable.
We’ve been test-driving this resource for a few weeks, using it for our daily work, and it’s great.
We’re enormously grateful to the creator for the database and the untold hours that went into the project.
He donated the database to the FCPA Blog and asked for nothing in return. This was his way, he said, of supporting the FCPA Blog and the work we do.

If not already included, and if there is a reasonable way to accurately determine, it would be interesting to identify which of these companies self-disclosed/reported.
