The Head of Compliance is responsible for the strategy, establishment and maintenance of all compliance, risk and security activities required to safely and effectively deliver BSS managed services to T-Mobile. There are three main areas of focus: Demonstrate that the services delivered comply with major industry standards and best practices in the areas of SOX, PCI and similar, Ensure that a robust and integrated business continuity plan is created and regularly exercised in order to mitigate business risks, and Ensure the security of systems, data and people through comprehensive security processes and tools, aligned to customer and RNAM and telco/ICT industry standards. . . .
