Here’s a four-minute film from FCPA Blog contributor Richard Bistrong about his “journey through the dark side of international business, getting caught, and what came next.”
Are we man or woman enough to be on the front line of global sales and business development and keep it clean? Even in a society that only knows corrupt business practices. A good name is still worth more than all the gold and riches in the world. Corruption . . . eventually, it may come fast, it may take some time, but eventually, the corruption will turn in and tear at the violators, the weak links. It seeds and breeds. A weedy, filthy society, decayed and riveted with siblings of theft, murder and destruction… where no one is safe. We need more Richard Bistrong's, more heroes. The men and women who will come out from among it and face it head on with a vision of ridding of it. The extinguisher, to obscure or eclipse, as by superior brilliance. Thank you Richard.
