A former vice president of SNC-Lavalin wanted in Canada on bribery charges has agreed to a deal with Swiss prosecutors that could lead to his extradition.
Zeng Xin, former chairman of Nanning Agricultural Industrial and Commercial Group Co., Ltd, has been expelled from the party and dismissed from office for taking bribes and abusing power.
