We’re pleased to announce the release of the updated University of Richmond Anti-Bribery Research Guide. You’ll find tabs on the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, OECD Convention and UNCAC, and others. Each contains a wide variety of resources, most of which are available online for free.
In particular, the Anti-Bribery Scholarship Database provides more than 140 law review articles on international anti-bribery law, written by academics and practitioners alike. You’ll see the work of leading scholars such as Phil Nichols, Susan Rose-Ackerman, Mike Koehler, and more than one editor of the FCPA Blog. So too have luminaries of the FCPA bar, such as Philip Urofsky and Joe Warin, authored important and helpful pieces. The database provides abstracts, author info, and links to the articles.
When we first introduced the Research Guide to the Blog readership, it received thousands of hits within weeks. We’re glad the guide contains value for the anti-bribery community. And we’re always looking to expand it. Any suggested additions may be forwarded to me at [email protected]
Many thanks to the UR School of Law library staff, and my excellent research assistant Kelly Gibson, for their work in putting this together.
