On Tuesday, February 12, Global Financial Integrity will host a book launch and panel discussion on Corruption, Development and Democracy.
The event is open to the public (with registration) and will be held at Carnegie Endowment for World Peace in Washington, D.C.
Laurence Cockcroft, author of Global Corruption, has been featured on the FCPA Blog in the past. A founder, board member and former chairman of the U.K. chapter of Transparency International, Mr. Cockcroft has been at the forefront of the fight against corruption for over two decades.
The panel discussion will include Mr. Cockcroft; Michael Hershman, President & CEO of The Fairfax Group; Claudia Dumas, President & CEO of Transparency International; and Raymond Baker, Director of Global Financial Integrity.
The book launch will be held in the Choate Room, The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, 1779 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Washington D.C. 20036. All participants must be registered in order to attend the event. Please send RSVPs to Patrick Benson at [email protected].
