Bart Valdez, formerly the head of Ceridian, Inc.’s $600 million human capital management business in the U.S., is joining ethiXbase as Managing Director of North America and a member of the board of directors.
He has over 20 years experience in the risk mitigation and screening business.

While General Manager of Ceridian’s U.S. business, Valdez managed multiple segments including the highly regulated benefits business, the tax filing business, payroll and several other HR services.
He previously headed the employee screening business of First Advantage, where he grew the company’s revenue by six times. He also led a strategic initiative resulting in over 25 acquisitions that were consolidated into a single business unit.
Before joining First Advantage, Valdez was CFO at Global Med Technologies and an operational director at Baxter Healthcare.
He’s a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Planning Society (HRPS).
He’ll be based in Palm Harbor, Florida.
