Tom Fox, Contributing Editor of the FCPA BlogLater this month, our contributing editor Tom Fox will be speaking at a CLE-accredited Global Corruption, FCPA Enforcement Breakfast in the D.C Area.
The event is hosted by FCPA Blog-sponsor Kreller Due Diligence of Kreller Group.

It happens April 24 from 8 am to 10 am at the Lorien Hotel & Spa in Alexandria, Virginia.

Tom Fox is a popular speaker on compliance and risk-management topics. In addition to his writing on the FCPA Blog, he’s also the creator and writer of the widely followed FCPA Compliance and Ethics Blog.

Tom is the founder of the Houston-based boutique law firm Tom Fox Law. The firm focuses on FCPA and global anti-corruption compliance, investigations, mitigation, and litigation.

He has also served as general counsel at Drilling Controls, Inc. and division counsel with Halliburton Energy Services, Inc.
The D.C. seminar will cover special concerns and strategies for managing global compliance risks related to fraud, bribery, money laundering, and collusion.
Also appearing will be Baker & McKenzie’s Stephen Martin. He served as an assistant United States attorney for the District of Columbia, an assistant attorney general for the state of Missouri, and as in-house counsel and compliance officer to several companies facing significant compliance and government investigations issues, including MCI/WorldCom, Qwest and Adelphia.
