Announcing the International Bribery Scholarship Database

We’re pleased to announce the launching of the International Bribery Scholarship Database, hosted by the FCPA Blog.

You’ll see — if you hit the “Archive” tab above and then click on “Scholarship Database” — a Google doc with information on almost 100 scholarly articles on international anti-bribery law.

The graphic above shows the menu location.

The database is designed to be an accessible source for anyone making a contribution to the anti-bribery law debate — bloggers, journalists, private practitioners, NGOs, academics, and students, in the U.S. and around the world. It’s absolutely free.

With the help of my extraordinary research assistant at the University of Richmond School of Law, Tim Archer, we’ve provided an abstract (sometimes abridged) of each article, and created additional columns for author name (with link to bio), title (with link to the best available online source), date of publication, and author’s institutional affiliation.

Suggested additions or edits to the database are most welcome. If you’d like to recommend additional articles, an edit of an existing entry, or any other change to the database, please email me directly at [email protected].

We consider the database to be in beta form, and very much look forward to your suggestions.
