We’ve wanted an FCPA resource site for a long time. But something always came up (like the law firm’s management nixing the idea). So it didn’t happen. Until now.
The new site is fcpa.me.
The idea was to use a simple interface and put all the basics under one roof.
And they’re all here — including the under-utilized translations of the FCPA from the Commerce Department in Arabic, Chinese (Cantonese), Chinese (Mandarin), French, German, Japanese, Javanese, Korean, Malay, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Urdu.
And there are DOJ links, access to the two best digests around — from Hughes Hubbard and Shearman and Sterling — and our pick of blogs and books.
Take a look.
And let us know how we can make it better.
