Alcatel-Lucent Settles Bribery Case

In one of the biggest Foreign Corrupt Practices Act settlements of all time, Paris-based Alcatel-Lucent S.A. will pay $137 million for bribing officials in Costa Rica, Honduras, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
