FCPA Blog 1-2-1
Welcome to the FCPA Blog’s 1-2-1 program, where we match high-level compliance professionals to facilitate constructive and private discussions.
Hundreds of compliance pros — mostly CCOs, global heads, VPs, etc. — have already signed up for the program.
If you haven’t signed up yet and want to, click here.
As a reminder, this is not open to law firms, consultants, or service providers. We are looking into arranging something else for you. Stay tuned.
Ground Rules
1. Be respectful. Assume conversations with your match are private and intended to be focused on compliance.
2. I will email you and your match mutual contact information directly. It’s entirely up to you to get connected, exchange emails, and hop on a video call — however you mutually agree to proceed. I am not involved in the actual discussion — those are private to you and who you choose to include.
3. You will receive a new 1-2-1 match every month or so. Matches will be across industries and countries.
4. In the unlikely event you are matched with someone from a competitor company, be aware of antitrust or competition law-related risks. Avoid conversations that stray toward competitive information.
5. Let me know if someone violates the agreed-upon terms not to use this for commercial activity or personal economic gain.
Remember, it’s entirely up to you to connect in a way you mutually agree upon. My suggestion for maximum benefit would be to connect over email or LinkedIn and then set up a meeting time for a voice/video call.
